I kept waiting for the moment something would go wrong, but a full year later, it’s still working just fine. No drama, no issues, no sudden breakdowns, just quietly doing its job like a champ

It does what it’s supposed to do, but something feels a little off about it. The quality is okay, just not great, and it has a kind of cheap feel when you use it. Not terrible, but I expected a bit better.

I ordered this thinking it would work with my regular toilet, since stuff like this usually seems made for a standard setup. But once I tried putting it on, it just didn’t line up well with the seat. I kept adjusting it, assuming there was some obvious way it was supposed to sit, but it still ended up feeling awkward. Maybe it fits certain toilets better, but it definitely wasn’t right for mine. The return process was kind of a hassle too, which made the whole thing more frustrating

I was surprised by how quickly it arrived. I’ve ordered similar stuff from other places before and usually end up waiting longer, so this was a nice change.

Install was pretty much fine, but I did have a little leak at the connection at first. Had to mess with it a bit, tighten it up, and add some extra tape before it finally stopped. It’s been okay most days since then, but I still kinda keep an eye on it just to be safe. Not a huge deal, just thought the leak prevention part would’ve been a little more solid.

It was fine at first, if you’re only using it occasionally, it might hold up okay. But with regular use, the plastic started to feel flimsy and ended up cracking sooner than I expected. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t rely on it for anything heavy-duty...

I’m happy with this. It works just like it should, and the price was really reasonable for what you get. If you’re on the fence, I’d say it’s a solid choice and definitely worth considering.

I got this hoping it would make me feel a lot cleaner after using the bathroom, but it’s been underwhelming. The spray does work, and installation wasn’t a big deal, but I find myself having to sit there longer and shift around to actually get clean. For what I paid, I expected better. I also reached out with a question and the email response felt like it was written by a robot, which didn’t help. It’s not awful, but I’m definitely a little disappointed

Trying to get help with the warranty was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were so slow I felt like I was waiting for a message from another planet. I know these things can take time, but wow, this dragged on and made the whole experience way more stressful than expected.

The water pressure is definitely strong, maybe a little too strong at first. But after using it a few times, I adjusted quickly. Overall, it works well

I wasn’t really expecting much when we put this in, maybe back in March or April? I can’t remember exactly. But we definitely use way less toilet paper now, which feels like it helps save water overall. The sprayer itself barely uses any, installation was simple, and it’s been working fine so far

I needed a replacement part for my bidet and was relieved they actually had it in stock. Ordering was quick and super easy, no hassle at all. SO glad I didn’t have to replace the whole thing.

I wasn’t totally sure if the temp control would work well, but after trying it out, I’m relieved to say it does a good job. It stays warm enough and has been easy to rely on.

I had a tough time with this. The install was fiddly, and the controls just weren’t comfortable for my hands. If mobility is an issue, I’d probably skip it...

I ordered from Luxe Bidet and, the packaging was kinda rough. The box was super flimsy, the corners were all dented, and the tape was already peeling off when it landed at my door.

When I opened it, there wasn’t much padding inside either, so stuff was just shifting around in there. For something bathroom-related, I expected it to be packed a lot better, not like someone just chucked it in a box real quick.

The product itself might be fine, but the first impression was bad, not gonna lie. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they seriously step up the packaging.

I bought this hoping it would help with better hygiene, but I didn’t notice much of difference. The setup was kind of annoying too, so overall it just wasn’t worth effort for me...

It works fine overall, honestly... but the nozzle adjustment feels kinda limited?? I wish I could position it a bit more easily, because it’s just not quite as flexible as I expected!!!

It looks decent overall, but the design feels a little too plain for my taste. Not bad or anything, just kind of Basic.

I’ve liked this brand for a while, so I expected to be happier with this. I really wanted to stick with them, but the seat just doesn’t feel all that comfortable to me. It sits a little awkwardly, and even after using it a few times, I never really got used to it.

The water pressure is fine, but the angle feels off and catches me off guard almost every time. I’m sure it might work better for someone else, and part of me still wants to give the brand the benefit of the doubt, but this just isn’t something I’d want to use every day

I had to return my order, the whole process was straightforward. Nothing complicated or frustrating, which I appreciated. The refund was processed fairly quickly too, so overall it was a smooth experience.
